Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Apprise LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service Agreements

All projects are governed by a Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific terms outlined in your agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Before Project Commencement

  • Cancellations before project start: Full refund of any advance payments, minus reasonable administrative costs
  • Must be requested in writing via email to info@appriseindia.com

During Project Execution

  • Refunds are calculated based on work completed and resources allocated
  • Client will receive deliverables for all completed milestones
  • Refund amount = Total paid - Cost of completed work

After Project Completion

  • Refunds after final delivery are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Issues covered under warranty will be resolved through fixes, not refunds
  • Refunds may be considered if deliverables significantly deviate from agreed specifications

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project milestones have been approved
  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals
  • Issues arising from third-party services or integrations beyond our control
  • Services that were fully delivered as per the Service Agreement
  • Hosting, domain, or third-party subscription fees paid on client's behalf

5. Defects and Warranty

Instead of refunds, we offer a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) during which we will fix bugs and defects at no additional cost. This applies to issues that existed at the time of delivery and were part of the original scope.

For issues discovered after the warranty period, we offer maintenance packages at competitive rates.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to info@appriseindia.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your project name, agreement reference, and reason for the request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refund amounts or eligibility, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as per the governing law clause in our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The policy applicable to your project will be the one in effect at the time of your Service Agreement.
